We are excited to roll out version 2.4 of the Brihat Books POS billing system. Based on feedback from thousands of retail counters, we have built features that make billing even faster and more reliable.
Key Features in Version 2.4
1. Seamless Offline Billing
Counter operations should never stop due to poor internet connectivity. The POS now saves invoices locally and syncs them automatically to the cloud once connection is restored.
2. Custom Hotkey Shortcuts
Cashiers can now complete bills entirely using keyboard shortcuts. Add items, apply discounts, and generate prints without touching the mouse.
3. Multi-Printer & KOT Support
Ideal for restaurants and department stores. Route kitchen order tickets (KOT) directly to the kitchen printer while printing receipt invoices at the counter.
Updating Your System
The update will download automatically on desktop apps. For mobile POS systems, update directly from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
